Referral contest is tied up!

The referral bonus prize has so many people that are very close that I have decided to split it into separate prizes. There have been some issues occurring when the referral did a daily survey so this seems fairer to everyone to have a shot at some extra bonus money.

The month-long completions contest and the daily-survey jackpot are still going on, so there is a chance for everyone to get great prizes!

Nefarious doings over at CashDuckGames

Apparently someone has decided that they dislike the availability of free games at CashDuckGames.com and has hit the site - presently the games don't seem to be loading and registration isn't working. Plus, this lovely person loaded a bunch of porn videos into a (thankfully restricted) folder. I am working on getting that fixed. Hopefully that will not involve having to upgrade the software and lose the player registrations already there, but if I do have to do that, I'm going to spring for the newest version which has a mind-boggling number of games.

Manual credit daily surveys going down.

The manual credit daily surveys have been around for a while, but with the auto credit surveys doing much better, no one seems to be doing the manual ones. :) So those have gone down today. In their place on the menu is Contest Standings, which I'm sure people are looking at more frequently!

Yummy goodness in the mail.

I frequently do offers myself - I did the Fruit Roll-ups free sample offer a couple weeks ago and got my free sample today. They are much better than I remember them being as a kid. :)

New year, stuff going down.

Don't be too alarmed if you see some dead links - there's always a lot of offers that expire at the turn of each year, so just report them and you'll get a feather as always!

Referral contest winner - mamajudd with a whopping 148 new users. She is a dynamo! The runners up also were pretty darn impressive - tisha1103 with 33 and waterworld86 with 24. There will be another referral contest next year, but I think we all need a breather for a bit. :)

Recently Returned category

When CashDuck was started, the New Offers category was one that I just put new offers (and offers that had come back up) into by hand. Now, the New Offers category is a feature that actually pulls newly added offers from any category on the site, without me having to do it, which is pretty neat. It means that you always see the newest offers, but newly returned offers don't go in there because the system is counting by when it was actually added - and for some of these offers, they've been up and down the entire time CashDuck has been open! So I put in a new category, Recently Returned, for offers that are "new" in the sense that they weren't there yesterday. :)
