New withdrawal option
Starting this month you can now get your payout as a Walmart gift card! The minimum is $10 and will be ordered from Walmart directly.
If there are any other places for which you would like to see a withdrawal option as a gift card (preferentially if they have a free online gift card option like Amazon does), please let me know!

You can buy online gift certificates from ThinkGeek.com from $10 to $150.
They're delivered via email and can be used right away.

Unfortunately ThinkGeek only offers them in certain denominations.. in order to be a payout option, people need to be able to request $22.73 if they want to. =) However, ThinkGeek certificates are available as feather prizes.

I found out these stores all have e gift cards in any denomination (some require a certain starting amount) and most can only be used online.
